About the Role
As a remote Sr. Software Engineer on the Core Platform team, you will work closely with the product, design, and machine learning teams to design and build services, APIs, and tools that support our internal applications and external SaaS products. For example, where several SaaS products have common requirements, the team might build a microservice that provides that common functionality.
You will integrate early, demo often, and incorporate feedback from internal and external users to iteratively build and land features so that they truly solve problems for our customers. You will use automated testing with a pragmatic approach to deliver robust and flexible solutions that can grow and change rapidly as AKASA expands. You will be expected to come up with creative solutions, share your experience with the team, communicate complex technical concepts to less technical users, help mentor junior team members, and work together to shape the platform architecture.
