⭐️ The Design team ⭐️
Our team, composed of 25 talented designers and researchers, is committed to delivering an outstanding experience to our members.
As a Motion Designer at Alan, you will be instrumental in defining our brand's visual identity and pioneering innovative design methodologies. You'll play a key part in developing motion design guidelines, crafting engaging and dynamic animations for our app, and generating assets that truly connect with our members.
Your role is central to establishing new benchmarks in creativity, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and keeping abreast of the latest industry trends. Your strategic understanding of market demands and technological advancements will be vital in maintaining our brand's lead, ensuring we consistently offer captivating and superior visual experiences.
⭐ Who we are looking for ⭐️
You will be a good fit to join the Design team in this role if you:
- Have at least 7 years of motion design experience, preferably in a product company or an agency with mobile and online design expertise
- Are fully fluent in English
- Are more than familiar with softwares such as: After Effects, Premiere, Lottie/Rive, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma...
- Are skilled in creating unique motion designs while adhering to brand guidelines
- Work well with diverse teams like UI/UX designers, marketers, and engineers
- Are familiar with creating content for websites, mobile, social media, and advertisements
- Understand UX principles and can incorporate motion design into mobile interfaces
- Stay up-to-date with motion design technologies and trends and like to learn new things
- Feel comfortable managing end to end complex projects
- Big plus: You have an experience or appetence for Cinema 4D, Blender or Spline
