🚀 Your Mission

As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will be at the heart of Alan's strategy in Canada. Your main responsibilities will include:

Strategy & Execution - in one role!

  • Working directly with Canada’s GM to build annual, quarterly & monthly go-to-market strategy documents & execute the experiments directly yourself! This is a hands-on role!

Enterprise Pipeline Orchestration

  • Lead list building based on ideal customer profiles

  • Automate data/contact enrichment

  • Outbound & Inbound Email sequence creation & optimization; working in tandem with our sales teams

  • Onboarding & activation marketing workflows working with our customer care & operations teams

Search

  • SEO & SEM implementation by localizing our global playbooks

Social

  • Creative Organic and Paid content to reach out to buyers and grow our awareness

Content Marketing

  • Blogs, Videos, Podcasts and other content (adapting global playbooks) to educate and inform our buyers

Events

  • Building & enriching the communities we serve with strategic events across a variety of scales & geographies

Website & CRO

  • Examine our self-serve checkout flows and optimize results working with our product & development teams

🌟 Desired Profile


1. Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, ideally working at a B2B SaaS startup going from 0-1!

  • Super passionate about healthcare!

2. Mindset

  • Can both build strategic plans with a leadership team and pull up themselves to do the work themselves!

  • Thinks analytically and can communicate clearly with non-technical marketers.

  • Versatility and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

3. Ideal Candidates has used some of the following tools

  • CRM & Adjacent

    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Contact enrichment services, Email automation platforms, etc.

  • Content

    • Unafraid to jump in Canva, CapCut and related to build V1s of content (we also have internal design AI!)

  • Paid

    • Has dabbled in Google and Meta’s ad platforms, in particular with non-enterprise experience

  • CRO & Website

    • Isn’t afraid of some funnel data analysis & making changes directly in Prismic

  • Automation Platforms

    • Can stitch together workflows using tools like Zapier, Airtable, etc.
