⭐️ The B2B Account Executive job
We’re expanding our “B2B” Sales Team in France and are looking for a ‘full-stack’ Sales person to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. This team focuses on the Manufacturing and Wholesale segments, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs.

We specialize in companies that produce goods for other businesses (Manufacturers) or distribute manufactured goods to other companies (Wholesalers). Our ideal customer profile is inherently “B2B”.

Market potential: A vast market with significant structural challenges like digitization, workforce evolution, and economic context.
Team readiness: We’ve honed our strategy over the years, and it’s paying off with increasing inbound leads and active field marketing.
Passionate team: Our 10-person team is passionate about sectors like textile, F&B, mechanical engineering, and the daily learnings from the field enhance this.
Growth opportunity: Our economics are among the most solid at Alan, and the addressable market is enormous, offering infinite opportunities for growth.
Day 1: We’ve grown from 0 to 10M€ ARR in just 4 years, and we’re ready to scale even further, we’re only at day 1!
What will you do with us?
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our B2B Sales team, the average sales cycle is 6 months, dealing with companies ranging from 20 to 300 employees, with an average ARR of 150K€.
At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.
⭐ Is it you we’re looking for?
You’ll be a great fit for the B2B Team at Alan if you:
Have at least 4 years of experience managing the whole Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prospection is a key part of the role!
Are interested in interacting with prospects from the Manufacturing and Wholesale segments (they’re more traditional sectors)
Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English.
Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems.
Can influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
Have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
Have a great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.
Are eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1.
Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon or Marseille.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range.
