What you'll do

Strategic HR Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with regional business objectives.
  • Partner with regional leadership to provide HR guidance and support for decision-making.
  • Lead regional HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance employee experience.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing workplace issues and resolving conflicts.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess morale and gather feedback.

Performance Management:

  • Manage the performance appraisal process and provide guidance on goal setting and development plans.
  • Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing corrective actions when needed.

Compliance and HR Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in the region.
  • Conduct HR audits to ensure adherence to company standards and legal requirements.

Learning and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee regional compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
  • Provide guidance on salary reviews, promotions, and other compensation- related decisions.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-site role.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
