What you'll do

  1. End-to-End Recruitment:
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, product managers).
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
  2. Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and organizational goals.
    • Provide regular updates and strategic insights to leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
  3. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear and timely communication.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company's culture, mission, and values to attract top talent.
  4. Process Optimization:
    • Continuously improve recruitment processes by leveraging metrics, feedback, and industry best practices.
    • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition innovations to remain competitive.
  5. Employer Branding:
    • Collaborate with marketing and HR to enhance the company’s employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships.
    • Represent the company at career fairs, conferences, and networking events.
  6. Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Drive initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates and ensure an equitable hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a product-based company or a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Expertise: Proven ability to recruit for complex technical roles across engineering, product, and leadership levels.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with modern technology stacks, programming languages, and tools used in software development.
  • Tools: Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho recruit, Greenhouse, Lever), sourcing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use recruitment metrics and data to inform strategies and optimize the hiring process.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
