Job Description
To lead and deliver end-to-end analytics implementations by providing deep technical expertise across SQL, integrations, automation, and monitoring, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions that drive measurable customer outcomes

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of analytics implementations or integrations of moderate complexity.
• Design and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and data models.
• Implement and validate complex row-level security and access-control configurations.
• Build dashboards, monitoring, and reporting systems tailored to customer needs.
• Integrate external systems using REST APIs with proper auth, validation, and error handling.
• Develop scripts, tooling, or lightweight automation in Python or JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot complex data, API, or reporting issues independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and directly with customers when required.
• Provide guidance or coordination for IC1–IC2 team members on assigned projects.
• Ensure complete and high-quality documentation for implementations and handoffs

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in analytics engineering, implementation engineering, or integration roles.
• Chemical Engineering or other relevant science degrees are an added advantage.
• Strong SQL expertise including window functions, performance tuning, and data modeling.
• Proficiency with stored procedures, functions, and relational schema design.
• Hands-on experience implementing RLS, RBAC, and secure data-access patterns.
• Proficiency with Grafana or equivalent dashboards, monitoring, and reporting tools.
• Solid experience working with REST APIs for data ingestion or integration workflows.
• Intermediate scripting skills in Python or JavaScript; automation/tooling experience preferred.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud environments.
• Strong problem solving, debugging, and technical ownership skills.
• Excellent communication, customer interaction, and documentation ability
