At amo, we build apps that bring friends closer together. One of our apps, Bump, is topping the App Store charts in countries around the world with best in class retention. To support our growth, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Recruiter who will own the hiring pipeline for two key areas: User Acquisition and Content Creation. We’re looking for someone to help build the first Distribution team modeled off of world class sales organisations.
This role is for someone who loves building relationships, understands how different marketing profiles think and work, and can operate with both creativity and structure. You’ll join the Distribution team and work closely with our COO to bring in the talent that will help amo grow. In another words, you can have a direct impact on the company’s growth.
Expectations (Duties and Responsibilities)
Own end-to-end hiring for UA and Content roles: sourcing, outreach, screening, structured interviews, case coordination, closing.
Develop talent pipelines across performance marketing, creative strategy, content creation, production, and social media.
Act as a strategic partner to our Distribution team: understand priorities, challenge briefs, and anticipate hiring needs.
Craft compelling narratives to attract top-tier marketers and creators who resonate with amo’s mission and product.
Improve our hiring experience by maintaining high candidate quality, fast turnaround times, and a thoughtful, human process.
Build and maintain market intelligence about marketing hiring trends, channels, and compensation benchmarks.
Represent amo externally, nurturing relationships with communities, creators, agencies, and freelance networks.
What we’re looking for:
Experience hiring in growth marketing, either in-house or agency (Performance marketing, UA, creative strategy, social, growth, etc.).
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, social channels, portfolios, and creator platforms.
A sharp eye for talent and the ability to evaluate both hard skills and creative potential.
Excellent communication, especially in candidate-facing storytelling.
Someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable owning processes end-to-end.
A team player who enjoys working closely with Marketing and People teams in a fast-paced environment.
Fully fluent in English.
