Your Impact
- Drive improved company management reporting, working cross-functionally to more discretely and accurately track financial results
- Support accounting close and develop and provide expense accruals
- Support board presentations and monthly reporting as well as company internal reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Support Treasury team with Cash Forecast by providing timely and detailed financial forecasts from Anaplan
- Own Headcount and Opex management for key G&A functions by partnering with Recruiting and Leadership
- Develop repeatable business, operational and financial processes for Corporate FP&A
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and Annual forecasts, as well as scenario modeling for all G&A operational expenses and headcount
- Build trusted relationships as a key advisor to the G&A leadership teams by drawing insightful recommendations from data analysis
- Build and maintain P&Ls to advise and support Anaplan leadership with major business decisions
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of FP&A or business finance experience, including experience at a global company
- Business partnering and the ability to draw conclusions from data
- Able to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally, influencing appropriately
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Skilled at building financial models to help automate and scale; build dashboards for seamless executive reviews
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in Corporate Finance
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple deadlines in parallel in a dynamic high-growth environment
- Independent operator with a high level of integrity and commitment
- Proven track record on a proactive and pre-emptive business partnership approach
- Knowledge of financial systems, ideally including Anaplan experience
- Crisp communication skills
- Owners' attitude, self-motivated and driven, with a keen bias to action
