主な担当業務:
世界レベルのセールスチームの一員として、Anaplanプラットフォームを活用した新しいビジネスを促進します。現時点では日本市場を対象に以下の活動に従事します。
- 潜在顧客である大企業とのやり取りから連携していないビジネス プロセスや問題点を明らかにし、それらを解決するAnaplan 独自の能力を明確に説明する
- 業種に特化したソリューション、デモ、メッセージを作り上げる。潜在顧客が苦戦している問題点を解決する、カスタマイズされた POC モデルを構築する
- 潜在顧客の複雑な環境を理解し、Anaplanソリューションの採用を促進する
- ソリューションの専門知識について、チーム内でクロストレーニングを行う
- 市場での製品認知度を高める
条件:
必須条件:
- コンサルティング企業での5年以上のEPM/FP&A 実装経験
- 顧客のニーズに耳を傾けソリューションに関する共有ビジョンを形作ることでコンサルタントとしてのスキルを発揮し販売する能力
- 多次元モデル、ビジネス インテリジェンス、又はアナリティクスの経験
- 新しいテクノロジーを素早く習得するスキル
- 優れたプレゼン能力、クライアントとの関係構築スキル、社内外両方での対人スキル
- 従来の方法を抵抗なく見直すことができる
- コミッションベースの報酬プランでの成功を目指せる
