Our new Human Resources/Communications Project Manager is a strong, collaborative, and open individual who understands the power of connections across functions and global geographies. Play a pivotal role in leading and managing strategic HR initiatives and projects, managing organizational changes, and chipping into the overall success of our HR/Communications department and organization. This role requires outstanding project management skills, a deep understanding of HR practices and policies, and successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Our idea candidate will reside in the Washington DC, NYC, or Miami metro area.

Your Impact

  • Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and successful completion of HR/Comms projects and initiatives
  • Manage global timeline of all initiatives across the organization for all employees, by role (manager, etc.)
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Support change management initiatives/projects
  • Create and implement communication strategies to keep key leaders/partners advised about progress, turning points, and measures/outcomes
  • Audit and track project performance, identifying risks, issues, and obstacles, and proactively implementing mitigation remedies
  • Provide support to leaders including slide preparation, first drafts of content, and identifying key issues for consideration
  • Find opportunities for process improvements to streamline HR/Comms operations and improve project/program success

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree a plus
  • Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years as a project manager, leading and managing numerous global HR and change management projects
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent project and program management skills, including the ability to develop project plans and drive successful project outcomes
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially with PowerPoint and Excel
