We are looking for a Workplace Services Manager to deliver white-glove service to our newly refreshed London office and Customer Experience Center. This role will deliver day-to-day office operations while developing regional and global programming for our workplace services team. This role will also need to build and foster culture in London and to the remote UK community.

Your Impact

  • Manage Workplace Operations and onsite Experience for our London office
  • Develop, maintain, and justify annual budget for London and UK service offices
  • Develop scalable service office program plan within the UK
  • Development and management of projects to support the workplace environment, starting with initial concepts through to project planning, resource management, risk management, communication management, and overall project delivery.
  • Proficiency in data analytics to assess space utilization, asset management, operational efficiency, and employee satisfaction, enabling informed decision making that enhances workplace productivity
  • Manage UK Ergonomics program
  • Manage all London EH&S processes and policies to maintain compliance
  • Develop Key Partnership with Regional Culture Champions
  • Address issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions throughout project life cycles

  • Experience using ServiceNow or another ticketing system
  • Experience using Brivo or other access control systems
