We’re looking for a tenacious individual to join the Marketing Operations Campaigns team! In addition to executing marketing campaigns, the Marketing Operations Production Specialist will work on maintaining and optimizing Marketo operational campaigns (ex: lead routing, lead scoring, and privacy compliance programs).
Essential responsibilities:
- Receive and execute on requests from operational teams such as MOPs Campaigns, Demand Gen Tech Ops, IT, and Data Operations
- Build, QA, test, launch, and troubleshoot marketing campaigns using Marketo and other marketing technology
- Be a subject matter expert of all Marketo operational campaigns
- Be a go-to team member for all advanced Marketo troubleshooting requests
- Design, maintain, and continuously seek opportunities to improve campaign execution processes and operational campaign workflows
- Be part of cross-functional projects involving lead/contact quality management
- Create and make ongoing updates to process documentation as needed
- Stay informed of Marketing Operations best practices
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with Marketo.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing technology tools such as Salesforce, Adobe, and event management platforms (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer-service mindset with a client-centric approach when partnering with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations to technical teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Nice to Have:
• Current or previous Marketo certification.
• Experience with HTML and CSS, especially for building and customizing Marketo assets.
• Familiarity with JavaScript.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
• A solid understanding of the buyer’s journey, marketing attribution models, and channel tracking.
