The team

The FP&A team is composed by 3 people who are in charge to support the organization’s financial health thanks to planning and budgeting, integrated financial planning, management and performance reporting, and forecasting and modeling.

Main responsibilities

As an FP&A Associate in the Finance team, you will play a key role in our financial planning processes and operations. We are looking for someone who has an eye for data and a passion for optimization.

The role will partner with various groups across the organization to create, maintain, and enhance an accurate budgeting, reporting and forecasting process. You will also build a scalable finance routine, and provide meaningful insights through sound business planning and reporting.

  • Analysis of performance, and forecast/budget building

  • Management of the relationship with Hokodo/Stripe, and monitoring of our financing and processing fees

  • Preparation and analysis of monthly reporting, including operational KPIs and company’s financials (Other costs and Cash flow statements)

  • Building of dataset, and management of the relationship with the Data team in order to perform accurate closing and reporting

  • Full ownership of the other costs, and of the cash flows

  • Procurement & monitoring of supplier contracts

  • Optimization of our company processes, and dashboards building with Pigment (FP&A tool)

  • Contribution to Ankorstore’s success through positive partnerships with accounting & staff across the organization


  • At least a first experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in a public, multinational company, audit (Big 4) or a consulting firm

  • Good knowledge of P&L and general accounting process & procedure is required

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills with ability to synthesize recommendations from analysis

  • A "hands on" proactive and self-driven attitude

  • High attention to detail with a dedication to data integrity and operational efficiency

  • Team player with a strong work ethic, and drive to succeed

  • Good skills on Excel are required.

  • Fluent both in French and English

Other skills that would add value

  • Proven experience ideally in an audit or consulting firms

  • Knowledge of SQL and coding basics


  • Paris office (hybrid role from Paris)
