About the role

We are looking for a machine learning engineer with strong industry experience who is looking to implement and productionize cutting-edge research across our core product pillars. You will help position Applied Intuition as the most advanced vehicle software supplier to the largest OEMs in the world. You will work with a team of world-class software and machine learning engineers who are developing capabilities that will revolutionize the way that people interact with vehicles. At Applied Intuition, we encourage engineers to take ownership of technical and product decisions, interact closely with users to collect feedback, and contribute to a thoughtful, dynamic team culture.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

  • Leverage the latest advancements in machine learning to develop new systems for autonomy development workflows.
  • Work across our entire stack to develop new products, features, and tools for our end users.
  • Work closely with customers to identify additional areas across the product suite where AI/ML techniques can provide significant value.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, physics, robotics, or related fields from a top institution
  • 2+ years of experience working with ML techniques including but not limited to NLP, computer vision, reconstruction algorithms, image generation, or multi-modal models.

Nice to have:

  • Peer-reviewed research at machine learning conferences like NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ICLR, ICCV, ECCV, IROS, or ICRA.
  • Experience building software for technical end users.
  • A Master’s degree or PhD in computer science, physics, robotics, or related fields

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $222,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.
