We are seeking a highly organized Senior Executive Assistant to support our team for a temporary 5 month period, beginning in January 2025. The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing advanced support to a group of C-Suite executives. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy. This role is required to work in-office 3 days/week (M/Tu/Th).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive assistant support to C-Suite group of executives, including heavy calendar management, travel bookings, and coordinating customer meetings)
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage weekly executive team meeting and daily check-in agendas; take notes and facilitate followup on action items; prepare weekly presenters on OKRs to the exec team
  • Manage weekly all hands agenda and prepare weekly presenters
  • Manage board meeting schedule and coordinate with board members
  • Manage OKR program including reporting and formulation of quarterly OKRs by stakeholders
  • Plan executive team offsite events
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other executive support position
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
