We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic People team! The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruitment process by assisting with scheduling, communicating with candidates, managing job postings, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and passionate for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Working mainly with our Recruiter on scheduling all candidate interviews for our 3 offices (HQ, AZ, UK)
- Scheduling of all interviews for candidates between several different schedules
- Fluid communication to keep candidates updated on their candidacy
- Responding to and updating our Glassdoor posts
- Greeting candidates during onsite interviews at HQ and coordinating interviewers
- Schedule intake and debrief meetings with hiring managers as needed
- Ensure our Applicant Tracking System is clean and up to date
- Assist in generating regular recruitment reports and presentations for management and team reviews
- Help manage candidate pipelines and provide updates to hiring managers on recruiting progress
- Assist with organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities
- Keep all our job boards up to date
Must Haves:
- 1-2 year in a recruiting coordinator role, office manager or executive administrator
- You take pride in providing a great candidate experience since you are service oriented
- You have a strong work ethic and personal accountability
- You are flexible and can easily move between projects and prioritize work based on competing demands
- You enjoy working closely with a lean team
