AppZen is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Pune office and support our US-based customers. This role will focus on delivering and managing projects for AppZen’s market-leading Expense Audit product. You will work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment, collaborating with cross-functional global teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing customer success. Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for AppZen’s Expense Audit product, from initiation through completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
- Plan, track, and manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and best practices across project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and support US customers during overlapping business hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
