The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join Arta. As the first Data Analyst to be hired at Arta, you will play a crucial role in extracting insights from data, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes, and supporting the overall success of our fintech products.

What You Will Do

• Data Analysis:

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in financial datasets.

  • Assist in creating reports and dashboards for key stakeholders to facilitate decision-making.

  • Conduct statistical analysis to derive meaningful insights and support business objectives.

• Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.

• Data Visualization:

  • Create visually compelling charts and graphs to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree. MBA is a plus.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL or Python

• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• You will be expected to work at our Singapore office at least 3 times per week.
