As an early-stage marketer you’ll lead decision-making on all social media and community aspects of Arta. The playing field is wide open for a talented marketer to shape the product and its place in the world while cultivating a growing user base and active community presence.
We are looking for a self-driven social media and community manager who takes responsibility for the campaigns and programs to drive growth of the Arta member community across both known social channels as well as Arta’s own product. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for creating and executing campaigns and programs via both owned, earned, and paid channels that reinforce the value of the connections between Arta and its members.
What You Will Do
Grow active Arta members into enthusiasts and advocates of the company, creating a strong community that becomes one of the most valuable aspects of joining Arta.
Build and manage Arta’s presence across major social media platforms that ultimately drives member acquisition and retention and contributes to a unique brand perception.
Develop and execute paid social campaigns, prepares reports and insights, and optimizes strategy based on results.
Plan and execute engagement and content roadmaps and maintain an active social media calendar, composing social media creative and crafting authentic engagement and activations.
Measure and share the impact of social media activities, acting on internal and external feedback to evaluate and evolve each channel
Work in tandem with Creative teams, Product experts, Engineering, Compliance, Membership Success, and others on the marketing team to nurture a unique community
Train, mentor, and operationalize processes, to ensure a high standard of campaign management is practiced by the entire team
Who You Are
You have 5+ years of relevant social media and community management expertise
You have impactful experiences in creating valuable communities across multiple platforms, preferably in fintech, investments, or consumer technology space
You are a social media architect, knowing how to build a presence across platforms that will resonate with our community and ultimately drive the business
You have native fluency in most major social media platforms – and the aptitude to learn and adapt to ones you may not have used before
You embody the power of social and community marketing, but you’re also keen to build on your skills to contribute to wider marketing efforts
You have an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving, with comfort in identifying and forming opportunities in a dynamic industry and fluid working environments
Native fluency in English, and have articulate written and verbal communication skills
You have a Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent practical experience

Arta's Compensation Philosophy
We determine your level based on factors including your interview performance, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Our offers are based on salary bands that are updated periodically using market benchmarks and consider geographic location as well (for example, higher cost regions like San Francisco or New York). If you are presented with an offer, we will review the base salary, benefits, number of options, notional option value and strike price. We would like to know if you accept our offer within 7 days.
Please keep in mind that the equity portion of your offer is not included in these numbers and represents a significant part of your total compensation.
IC I: $110,000-$180,000
IC II: $160,000-$230,000
IC III: $180,000-$300,000
