The Field Operations Engagement Specialist will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and ensuring the successful adoption of Artera’s AI-based tests within the healthcare sector. This role blends relationship management, strategic sales planning, and technical expertise to build meaningful connections with healthcare institutions and deliver impactful solutions for oncology care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce experience to leverage digital strategies for expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare institutions, oncologists, and key stakeholders. Understand their clinical needs, challenges, and goals to position Artera’s products effectively.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve test order quota, including determining how to achieve new product adoption and expansion of commercial opportunities.
- Communicate the application and value of Artera’s AI-based tests to customers, highlighting the impact on patient outcomes.
- Remain informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics to position Artera’s products strategically.
- Partner with the Marketing team to align commercial efforts with product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals showcasing the benefits of Artera’s personalized therapy products.
- Lead commercial negotiations, address objections, and ensure all contracts and agreements are executed promptly.
- Maintain accurate and current records of commercial activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Drive Sales team enablement and support commercial efforts by partnering with pathologists and pathology lab administrators on Artera workflows (e.g. reflexive ordering)
- Monitor and report on commercial performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (pharmacy, psychology, science, business, communications, behavioral science, marketing etc.); required.
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in e-commerce.
- Proven track record in e-commerce sales with a record of high-performing quotas and metrics
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Extremely comfortable and effective at engaging customers remotely and face-to-face
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and the ability to analyze sales data effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support field activities.
- Confident in achieving and exceeding ambitious metrics and goals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of clinical workflows
- Sales experience in healthcare or medical sales, with a strong preference for oncology or urology
