Artera is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to fill the role of marketing manager for our Urologic Oncology solutions. In this position you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our organization with responsibility for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement, education, and adoption of our products within the urologic oncology space, with a critical focus on sales conversion. This role works closely with Product, Medical, Sales, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations teams to understand market dynamics, develop a voice of customer, manage product launches, and ensure consistent messaging that will support field efforts, customer experience, market development, and content execution.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on personalized medicine testing in prostate cancer with future expansion into other genitourinary cancers through planning, messaging development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead the creation of promotional campaigns and sales enablement tools that are tailored to oncologists, urologists, commercial payors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Oversee execution of campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels. Monitor campaign effectiveness, report on key performance indicators, and recommend refinements.
  • Translate product features into benefits that resonate across customer segments, and define core product positioning and messaging pillars for consistent use across all channels.
  • Develop digital marketing tactics including email campaigns, CRM strategies, and website content to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing programs with field priorities, track KPIs and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement lead generation opportunities for increasing adoption through targeted market development efforts.
  • Drive customer-centric marketing by analyzing the buying journey, identifying levers for adoption and utilization, and delivering actionable market insights to support growth strategies.
  • Lead planning and execution for major medical meetings (e.g., AUA, ASCO GU, SUO), including pre-event messaging, booth strategy, thought leader engagements, and coordinated post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (medical, sales, market access, product) to ensure high-quality, relevant content that enhances awareness and supports customer education. Partner with Commercial Operations on campaign measurement and performance tracking.
  • Partner with medical, regulatory and legal to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance of all promotional and non-promotional materials.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in marketing medtech, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical products to health systems and healthcare providers, preferably in the urology or oncology space.
  • Demonstrable experience building creative and impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and/or sales conversion.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, with demonstrable ability to achieve results, hold vendors accountable, and manage shifting priorities.
