Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Computer, Industrial, Electro-mechanical, or similar field)
10+ years hardware and software engineering experience
Experience working with robotic systems, complex electro-mechanical systems, database programming and software development
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (or Jira), Siemens Teamcenter (or SAP/Oracle), AutoCAD, SiemensMX
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment delivering new products and/or projects
Experience with continuous improvement procedures and implementation
Experience working with clients to discuss technical details and refine project deliverables
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
P.Eng considered an asset
This role requires international travel

What we need

Lead, coach, train and develop a team of project engineers to design, specify and scope a project based on the contracted project scope to deliver a detailed set of project requirements
Work with the department leadership to establish and execute to guide system and business process development
Collaborate and support the sales, project and professional services teams in client meetings to discuss Attabotics solution and articulate Project Engineering deliverables
Lead the continuous improvement effort to streamline Project Engineering processes and deliverables
Collaborate closely with manufacturing and construction teams to improve the overall system installation efficiency
Collaborate closely with Product Management, HW/SW Engineering & manufacturing operations to ensure latest products and features are implemented correctly at client sites
Develop, iterate, execute and report on periodic goals and KPIs established for the Project Engineering team
Grow (hire) the Project Engineering team as required to support Attabotics’ growth plans
