We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our team. PM’s at Attentive own product development from start to finish, leading cross-functional teams of designers, engineers and go-to-market stakeholders to strategize and execute on our Product roadmap. User data is central to creating personalized customer experiences with modern marketing platforms. Having a complete and accurate view of your users and their activities is the basis for building meaningful, personalized 1:1 customer experiences. As the Lead for User Profiles at Attentive, you'll ensure our customers have access to accurate user data that drives their business, while supporting AI and ML efforts with high-quality data. You'll be responsible for building robust large scale systems to support a rapidly growing customer base and rapidly expanding data needs.

About you

  • You have at least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager at a B2B SaaS company.
  • You have a strong ability to empathize with end customers and our clients.
  • You have experience with understanding and using data to make delightful experiences for all users, both technical and non-technical.
  • You have the intuition and technical acumen to work in a highly technical product area and support engineering decision making.
  • You have excellent written & verbal communication skills with experience executing on a strategic vision, drafting product requirements, building a prioritized roadmap, and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • You are an advocate for your development team and the overall company initiatives, capable of finding creative solutions to blockers in the Product development lifecycle.
  • You are deeply analytical and make data-driven decisions including defining the right KPIs and setting aggressive goals.

For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full time position is $173,200 - $240,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
