About the Role
We are looking for a driven candidate to join our Customer Success organization as a Manager, Email Growth Strategy. You will manage and assist 8-10 individual contributors as they grow their books of business and develop their email strategy skills. You will work extremely closely with them to help them meet our customer communication standards and tackle everyday email challenges head on. The role requires you to “get your hands dirty” and embrace the exciting, fast-moving, highly varied, and challenging (in a good way) environment within the Email Growth Strategy team. You will work cross-functionally with Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Support Engineering, Implementation, etc. to get answers, solve problems, and keep things moving in the right direction for customers managed by Email Strategy Managers. You will work with your team every day to push boundaries, develop strategies, and deliver against the team goals.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Manage our Email Strategy Team to help solve customers’ problems with the aim of maximizing net dollar retention, including creating executive relationships with key customers
  • Actively assist members of the Email Strategy Team team by providing call and written communication feedback, co-presenting with them, and answering real-time questions
  • Hire, onboard, train, mentor, and develop Email Strategy Managers and/or supporting Success Team roles
  • Drive the adoption of performance marketing best practices within the team in order to drive better customer outcomes
  • Collaborate in the identification and execution of strategies for team growth and development, focusing on enhancing skill sets, improving performance, and aligning with Attentive's business objectives
  • Implement new processes and operations vital to scaling the team
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve the customer experience

Your Expertise

  • At least 3+ years of previous experience managing a team
  • Highly preferred for candidate to be in EST region
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and thrives on receiving and implementing feedback
  • Extremely personable: excited to coach and develop employees internally and work closely with customers externally
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Proven experience in email marketing: Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate insightful reports.
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices: Knowledge of email design, segmentation, personalization, and compliance.

For US based applicants:
- The standard base salary range for this position is $130,000 - 160,500 + variable pay + equity + benefits
- Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
