Your Purpose

You will be responsible for administrative work in a back/front office role mainly helping out the OTC team by supporting and evaluating the market volatility, carrying out trades on behalf of our Institutional clients, and obtaining a best-in-class trading execution.

Who You Are

Proven English fluency.
At least 2 years of working experience in an administrative position as a back or front office role in FX Bank, payment, or financial industry.
Bachelor in finance, business administration, engineering, or economics.
Solid understanding of the financial markets
Strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
Collaborative, but also able to work independently.
Constant learner.
Comprehension of the market microstructure.
Passionate about rapidly changing environments.
Knowledge of liquidity concepts and risk exposure mitigation.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge about FX hedging, OTC, & eFX.
Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers;
Comfortable with a phone sales approach and originating new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals.
Knowledgeable about the associated operations flow and settlement cycles.
Building & maintaining strong client relationships with daily conversation, especially via WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and other communication tools.
Knowledgeable about the needs of FX contracts, FX codes, and ACAM220 format.
Knowledge of Python Programming.

What You Will Do

Conduct administrative tasks, from daily operations.
Identify opportunities for clients (trading and liquidity needs).
Conduct pricing and execution of multiple products.
Work with operations and engineering to improve trading and automate the operations, reporting, internal pricing, and execution systems.
Responsible for Support OTC Operations: provide support to the OTC team in quoting and operations to clients.
Formatting for ACAMs Submission: perform necessary formatting for submitting ACAMs to foreign exchange banks, complying with all requirements.
Service a portfolio of corporate clients across a range of different products, including FX hedging, OTC, & eFX;
Reports in Excel are required for analysis and reporting of daily operations
Python Programming: to contribute to process automation and more complex analyses.
