Blend is seeking a Compensation Analyst with strong analytical and operational experience to support our HR team on offers, metrics & reporting, and training related to new hires and Blend’s compensation philosophy. You can expect to partner closely with HR Business Partners, Managers and Recruiting, Finance, to support hiring, promotions, new company levels and incentive programs
Note: This is NOT a remote role; you must be able to commute to our office in Mexico City M-Thur. In order to be considered for the role, please submit your resume in English.
How you'll contribute:
- Serve as a thought partner on compensation matters
- Support our recruiting team by approving all new hire offers, providing guidance as necessary, and maintaining all recruiter compensation tools
- Assist key functional partners with regular compensation and equity reviews
- Own submission process for all compensation survey materials
- Conduct annual update and refresh of cash and equity ranges
- Assist in development of compensation training materials and communications for Blend management and employees
- Analyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reporting
- Work with large amounts of data and build tools to streamline the process
- Provide additional ad-hoc analytical support as needed
Who you are:
- 3-5 years of compensation or financial experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working with google suite and microsoft suite preferred
- Experience at a public organization within the SaaS, Computer Software or Technology industry preferred, but not required
- Experience in Excel, including experience building analyses and models
- Problem solver mindset
- Ability to provide sound suggestions to HR and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Strong cross-functional partner
- High integrity, good humor, no ego
