The Title Vendor Management—Business Analyst will help arm our team with data to make smart decisions. This position will work closely with the appropriate business partners and leaders to provide operational, systems, invoicing, and key performance metrics support.
How you'll contribute:
- Creating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly enterprise reporting
- Assist with all report validation of new data sets or report changes within operating systems
- Obtaining transactional invoices from 3rd party supplies
- Facilitate review/reconciliation of all payables
- Manage offshore staff assisting with process support including assisting with questions, issues, errors, etc.
- Document and maintain applicable policies and procedures
Who you are:
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to write and read excel formulas to extract data
- General end to end title workflow/process knowledge
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organization and time management
To comply with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.
For full time hires, the hiring base pay range for this position is between $60,000 and $70,000. Beyond base pay, Blend benefits and perks are described below.
Final base pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-time roles to reflect scheduled hours.
