Job Description

What you'll be working on

  • Conducting cold calls to potential new clients to introduce our products and services
  • Scheduling and coordinating webinars with and for the Marketing and Events teams
  • Tracking invoices and payments in collaboration with Accounting
  • Developing and maintaining operations processes using tools like Excel and Smartsheet

Responsibilities

  • Managing webinar calendars, confirming speakers and attendees
  • Business development + cold calling
  • Ensuring invoices are sent on time and payments are received and recorded
  • Creating standardized templates and workflows to optimize daily tasks
  • Pulling data from various sources and running reports
  • Request vendor payment forms

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, and/or operations
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications like Excel
  • Experience using project management or other tools like Smartsheet
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask across different tasks
