- Conducting cold calls to potential new clients to introduce our products and services
- Scheduling and coordinating webinars with and for the Marketing and Events teams
- Tracking invoices and payments in collaboration with Accounting
- Developing and maintaining operations processes using tools like Excel and Smartsheet
- Managing webinar calendars, confirming speakers and attendees
- Business development + cold calling
- Ensuring invoices are sent on time and payments are received and recorded
- Creating standardized templates and workflows to optimize daily tasks
- Pulling data from various sources and running reports
- Request vendor payment forms
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, and/or operations
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications like Excel
- Experience using project management or other tools like Smartsheet
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask across different tasks
