Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Project & Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects aimed at enhancing our operational efficiency and investment strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in project and program management, preferably within the finance or investment industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
