Job Description

Position Summary:

The (EVP) of Marketing is a strategic, results-driven leader responsible for driving global brand management, commercial marketing, and overall brand profitability.

This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand vision led by the CMO across multiple platforms, regions, and teams, ensuring alignment and integration across all channels.

The EVP of Marketing will oversee a high-performing team that spans global brand management, marketing operations, and commercial pillar support functions, delivering best-in-class marketing initiatives with measurable impact on the company’s market position and financial performance.

Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer

  • To Note: This role is required to be onsite in Boca Raton, FL. Relocation package will be offered.*

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

  • Lead and manage the global brand strategy across product lines and regions, ensuring consistency and strength of the brand in all markets.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive campaign strategies across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand vision and objectives.
  • Direct global brand management efforts, including campaign communication, tracking, and performance optimization.

Commercial Marketing:

  • Oversee commercial marketing efforts across various pillars, ensuring cohesive and impactful brand representation.
  • Manage key pillar teams, including:
    • Public Relations (PR)
    • Social Media
    • Digital Marketing
    • Influencer Marketing
    • Trade Marketing
    • Field Marketing / Collegiate
    • Experiential Marketing
  • Drive innovative strategies that increase brand visibility, consumer engagement, and market share.

Financial Management:

  • Take ownership of P&L management, ensuring all marketing activities align with budgetary requirements and contribute to profitability.
  • Develop and oversee ROI-focused budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring effective allocation of resources and budget optimization.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead a global marketing team with direct reports, including:
    • Head of Marketing Operations for North America
    • Shopper Marketing Lead
    • Creative Production Team
    • Global Marketing Operations Lead
    • Global Brand Management Lead
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture, focused on innovation, agility, and accountability.
  • Provide mentorship and development opportunities to direct reports, promoting growth and excellence within the marketing function.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role with a global scope.
  • Expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and omnichannel campaign execution.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, ROI analysis, and strategic budget planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of developing and managing high-performance teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
