REPORTS TO: OE Sales Director and regional Sales Director APAC

8000-9000 Singapore dollars per month

General Summary:

CCL have an exciting opportunity, based at our Singapore Office. We are searching for an Account Manager (Sales for Open Enrollment training programs). This will be a client-facing role providing high touch customer support from lead generation to sale through to product delivery for CCL Open Enrollment programs in the region.

We are looking for a result-driven and agile individual that thrives in a busy and dynamic role. The role requires strong relationship building skills, an outstanding customer service mindset combined with due diligence in operational procedures. You should be interested in the topic of Leadership and Organizational Development and be willing to invest time to continually learn and further inform your knowledge on this subject matter. Finally, learning on the fly is essential. As the organization where operational processes and business ventures grow at an exponential rate over the next few years, we are looking for an individual who has a high level of curiosity and ambition to grow in the role.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Key to the individual’s success will be the ability to promote CCL Open Enrollment programs across Asia Pacific region, prepare proposals and support in the closing of sales for portfolio of products, have a high attention to detail for operational and database management, and be very hands-on in making sure that all aspects of client communication are top class.

Responsible for sales revenue and fill rate for Open Enrolment Programs across the region

Responsible for In-company off the shelf development programs sales revenue across the region

Efficiently handle new business leads from Marketing or existing accounts.

Direct customer interaction to influence, guide and consult in securing participant registrations from new and existing customers.

Work effectively with sales team members and other departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain customer contacts and interaction via Dynamics database.

Coordinate with Client Services (global team), to ensure smooth service for participant registrations.

Participates in trade shows, sales events, webinars and web demos.

Supporting, generating, and validating quotations & price estimations to deliver a project.

Clearly communicate critical and detailed information to other departments to ensure efficient and accurate delivery to our customers.

Provide support to help resolve issues related to sales order entry, customer order records, billing, subscriptions, and other tasks that require direct communication with the customer.

Supports, when necessary, the Technical Support Team (call center) for any local on-site troubleshooting where and when conveniently positioned out in the field.

Maintain exceptional knowledge about Asia Pacific market to act quickly on new opportunities

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or master’s in business, Marketing or other related discipline preferred.

Minimum 5 years’ experience working in corporate business and/or market development field, selling executive training and development programs.

At least one years’ experience working in sales/client management with large multinational corporate clients with successful track of sales and targets achievement.

Previous experience with Singapore and/or Asia Pacific based accounts.

Outstanding English in both speaking and writing.

Other Requirements/Experience:

Able to travel around the region - up to 20% of travel may be required to select client sites.
