Job Description

Seeking an experienced Influencer Manager for the Nordic Region to help the Celsius brand build through Community & Influencers in line with global brand guidelines and Nordic business plans.

The ideal candidate will scout and communicate with talent & talent management, and community engagement to ensure relationships are maintained.

This role will require to commute to our office in Stockholm 4-days per week

  • To Note: Salary range (SEK 50,000 - 55,000) is in SEK per month*

Responsibilities:

  • Be a Celsius Ambassador no 1, and spreading the word
  • Manage the brand partner program of paid influencers, including influencer outreach, nurturing relationships, and building brand love
  • Lead research and vet all potential new influencer talent across all social media platforms to ensure alignment with the CELSIUS brand
  • Responsible for full-360 cycle of influencer partnerships including negotiating deliverables, working with legal on contracts, briefing talent, approving content
  • Brief influencers monthly on key business objectives, product innovations, and strategy to drive month-over-month KPI growth to hit performance goals
  • Attending selected events to capture in-the-moment content to story tell on social media platforms as well as recap events & campaigns.
  • Ensure all influencer talent at events are posting according to deliverables and are managed where needed
  • Responsible for the well-being and the unity within the influencer community
  • Budget management of the Influencer budget

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience and demonstrated success in influencer and social media community management, community building, influencer strategies, and outreach
  • Must be flexible, with the ability to multi-task and frequently adjust to changing priorities and timelines in a fast-paced working environment. Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds.
  • Self-starter, constantly thinking proactively and identifying new opportunities
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English and Swedish)
  • Outstanding commitment to customer service and customer advocacy
  • Passion and knowledge for social media and influencer marketing
  • Experience of working in an international fast paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial drive and “can do” mind set
  • Ability to work independently
  • Preferably experience in working with consumer products
