Job Description
- Manage Buyer Programming Calendar: Coordinate and maintain the buyer programming calendar, ensuring all campaigns are scheduled, tracked, and executed timely.
- Build Email and Push Campaigns: Develop, test, and deploy email and push notification campaigns to engage customers and drive GMS.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, generating reports and insights to optimize future strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Merchandise and Translations to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline CRM processes and improve efficiency, including the use of automation tools and best practices.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction through targeted and personalized communication
