The Paypal Risk & Identity Team is looking for a Lead UX Designer to work on a project to bring all PayPal products together, high impact role, a lot of leadership visibility.

Responsibilities
- Partners with design, engineering, design systems and product management
using a customer-focused, iterative design process.
- Contributes to the planning and estimating work and participates in broader
- Creates high-quality deliverables and executes based on product design goals

- 8+ years of relevant UX Design experience - incl. leading small design teams + strong cross-functional collaboration
- Fintech/Financial Services experience a big plus
- Thorough understanding of product design methodology and lifecycle across significant channels and platforms.
- Customer-focused, with experience using design research methods to uncover customer insights.
- Effectively operates within an iterative design team, managing product design responsibilities against defined
- Thorough knowledge of essential channels and platforms, with experience in mobile, dedicated, web and native solution design.
- Experience with resources such as pattern library, repositories, and internal communication
- Are experienced with motion and storytelling.
- Can work on multiple projects from concept to launch.
- Are committed to creating beautiful, user-centric designs prioritizing usability and accessibility.
- Have a relentless drive for perfection.
- Enjoy collaborating in a team-focused environment.
- General awareness of technology mediums (i.e., JavaScript, HTML/CSS) including differences between them
