Location: Los Angeles; Hybrid 2 days/ week in office.
Honda is currently seeking a seasoned Lead UX/UI Designer and Strategist to guide the user experience design for a new loyalty program associated with our HondaLink application. This is a strategic role responsible for transforming our defined value propositions into an intuitive and engaging user experience prototype.

Honda is currently seeking a seasoned Lead UX/UI Designer and Strategist to guide the user experience design for a new loyalty program associated with our HondaLink application. This is a strategic role responsible for transforming our defined value propositions into an intuitive and engaging user experience prototype.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the UX design initiatives for the Honda Loyalty Experience, ensuring the development of user-friendly interfaces and seamless interactions.
- Update and refine wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, ensuring they are optimized for various devices and interfaces.
- Design the visual and interactive components of the loyalty prototype experience, integrating effectively with existing digital services, emphasizing holistic design exploration in visualization, branding, colors, and typography.
- Work collaboratively with multiple teams within Honda and external technology partners to ensure that design solutions meet strategic and user-centric goals.
- Engage in team ideation sessions, providing design insights and expertise.
- Perform heuristic evaluations and usability tests to compare our designs with industry-leading digital loyalty experiences.
- Manage additional UX-related tasks to support project objectives.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with a strong background in product design and with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Hands on experience in designing B2C services, with a focus on loyalty programs highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in creating compelling, user-friendly interfaces by effectively integrating design principles, trends, and brand elements.
- Expertise in using design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct user testing, design for various interfaces, and understand technical and design constraints.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and adaptability to new challenges and information.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying design concepts and justifications to diverse teams.
