Working hours: M-F 8-5 flexible on coming in early (average 50 hours a week) and has to be in the office 3 days a week.

Base salary: $120-140k + 12% performance bonus

We're looking for a talented Senior Salesforce Developer to join our collaborative and supportive team. In this role, you’ll work on developing and optimizing programs/processes while leveraging your expertise in APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, write, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce code.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using APEX and LWC.
• Collaborate with team members in twice-weekly meetings and maintain strong communication.
• Foster a team-oriented, positive working environment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience +5 years with APEX and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong ability to read, write, debug, and optimize Salesforce code.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Team player with an easy-going and collaborative mindset.
• Current knowledge of Salesforce – preferable with SF AI, must have with Sales and Marketing enterprise
• Certified and current on Salesforce certifications (highly desirable)
