About Trust & Safety Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. About the team The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance. This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals. - Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure adherence to established guidelines and standards. - Monitor the quality of content review for complex and high-quality content and ensure credible quality result output. - Identify opportunities for process improvement that will enhance the review of complex content. - Provide feedback to team members about quality performance outcomes, analysis, and interpretation of data. - Develop and implement training for team members to enhance the quality of their work output. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish quality improvement goals, targets, and priorities. - Create and execute projects aimed at enhancing the priority and quality of content review. - Communicate outlined expectations and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior management. - Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team lead.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience - Fluent in English and Japanese - Proven experience in quality control and continuous improvement in high-quality and complex content review. - Excellent content analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in developing and implementing training programs. - Experience working with content review tools and processes. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
