About the Team BytePlus is a business unit in ByteDance and provides intelligent services powered by industry-leading technologies. Be responsible for the test of BytePlus website, AI growth platform, and PRM system to ensure the quality of business systems. 2. Analyze product requirements, refer to technical solutions, write test cases, and formulate reasonable and efficient test plans. 3. Establish systematic test technologies, develop test tools, and be responsible for performance testing, interface automation testing, stability testing, etc. 4. Innovate and improve test methods and processes, develop necessary test tools for the work, and enhance overall test quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors - At least 5 years of relevant experience - Familiar with software development processes, proficient in testing processes and test case design methods, and have rich experience in specialized testing. -Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript, and capable of developing related testing tools. - Familiar with distributed system principles, microservice framework, master an RPC framework, and understand its implementation principles; - Familiar with common network protocols TCP/IP, HTTP protocols, and familiar with middleware such as MySQL, Redis, kafka, etc Preferred Qualifications - Skilled in using automated testing tools. Candidates with testing experience in server-side and AI-related application products are preferred. - Strong learning ability, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility.
