Responsibilities
Team Introduction: Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including parenting, food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. Responsibilities: 1. Insight into local cultural hot spots and user preferences, improve the quality of UGC content through topic promotion and user education; brainstorm comment topics, cultivate users' comment habits, and improve the comment atmosphere; combine local user habits, optimize creation tools, lower the threshold for user submissions, and increase user submission willingness; thereby promoting content changes within the site. 2. Through data analysis, community interaction and other methods, discover and cultivate high-potential local content creators, establish a creator growth system, and promote their continuous production of high-quality content. 3. Through data analysis/content analysis/user research and other means, understand key issues such as user portraits, user content preferences and content ecology, and optimize key indicators such as user submissions and content supply.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, at least 2 years of work experience. - Familiar with mainstream content community platforms in Indonesia, highly sensitive to content trends, with unique insights into a certain content vertical, and priority given to content community contributors. - Full proficiency in English, both verbal & written. Preferred Qualifications: - Open-minded and positive, with excellent communication skills and a sense of ownership - Ability to independently plan, execute and review activities, sensitive to data, and focus on quantifiable outputs
