Responsibilities Work within the global e-commerce business team to provide users with more tailored, active, and efficient consumption experience and to provide merchants with stable and reliable platform services in different scenarios such as live e-commerce and short video content e-commerce. Responsible for the research and development and architecture of the international e-commerce logistics system/supply chain, including but not limited to warehousing, inventory, suppliers and other systems, to provide efficient and intelligent solutions for international e-commerce. Design a system model and business architecture that meets international business needs and has scalability based on business characteristics and industry best practices. Provide effective solutions for technical problems such as high concurrency and performance bottlenecks in the business process. Maintain the quality and stability of the system, and guide engineers at all levels to continuously optimize various technical indicators of the system. Mentor junior level engineers and interns.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Designing and architecting large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using object-oriented design and distributed programming; Designing and implementing scalable, fault tolerant, distributed, and low latency backend workflow orchestration architecture; Designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and scripts integrated with CI/CD systems, and building robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation solutions for functional and regression testing; Maintaining and debugging software services; Working across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of back-end and cloud native projects; and Writing testable, maintainable, and low latency software using high level programming languages, including Golang, Java, Python, or C++. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $226158 - $355000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
