Responsibilities
About Team: PICO is a leading VR/AR platform with independent innovation and R&D capabilities, focusing on VR all-in-one technology. PICO is committed to offering immersive and interactive VR experiences to our customers, including providing tailor-made solutions for our enterprise clients in the fields of education and healthcare. Responsibilities - Lead the digital design of custom image sensors for AR/VR products. - Establish block-level specifications, design plan and test plan. - Work with other engineers on RTL design, IP integration, verification, modeling, top-level simulation, synthesis, formal verification, DFT, STA, timing closure and power analysis. - Support chip bring-up, testing, performance tuning and ECO. - Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of imaging systems.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Master’s degree in EE, CS or related fields. - 5 years of experience at a digital design lead position. - Expertise in front-end design and related EDA tools. - Solid understanding in image sensor architectures, features, datapaths, exposure and readout control sequences, ISP functions, and input/output interfaces (e.g. I2C, MIPI). Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in low-power design, optimization and multiple power domains. - Familiarity with ISP algorithms and RTL implementations. - Programming skills for design flow automation, test case generation, data processing and analysis.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $19400 - $410000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
