Responsibilities
As an APAC Integrated Marketing Intern, you'll play a key role in amplifying Lark’s presence across Southeast Asia by driving marketing initiatives end-to-end - with a focus on customer, partner and content marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, Lark customers, and external partners to bring campaigns to life, produce compelling content, and streamline marketing processes. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across B2B campaign execution, and content creation — all while working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. Responsibilities: Customer Marketing [40%] - Bring customer stories to life: Create compelling narratives and proof points that showcase how customers are using Lark to transform the way they work — driving awareness, credibility, and demand in the market. - Amplify the voice of the customer: Build scalable processes and toolkits to consistently surface, package, and distribute customer stories across multiple channels — including social, web, sales, and events. - Support customer video production: Assist in the end-to-end creation of customer videos, from storyboarding and scripting to coordination and post-production review. - Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to identify customer advocates and uncover stories worth telling. Partner Marketing [30%] - Collaborate directly with partners: Support the planning and execution of partner-led events, working hands-on with multiple partners to provide event and content enablement that amplifies their impact. - Build scalable processes: Take initiative in identifying gaps or inefficiencies in how we support partners — and design repeatable workflows, templates, or toolkits that help scale partner marketing efforts across the region. - Work cross-functionally: Collaborate with partner sales managers and partner enablement to ensure seamless alignment and execution across all partner marketing initiatives. End-to-end B2B Marketing [30%] - Support campaign & event execution: Help plan and roll out marketing campaigns and events (online and offline), working with internal teams from finance to procurement. - Optimise LinkedIn ad campaigns: Help improve engagement with our target accounts by developing compelling ad content, refining audience targeting, and running A/B tests to drive better performance and insights. - Get hands-on with top-tier tools: Work with best-in-class platforms like HubSpot and Lark Base to plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns - Track the impact: Monitor marketing and partner engagement metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of projects and isn’t afraid to dive into the unknown - Strong multitasker — comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment - Detail-oriented with a high bar for quality, whether it’s reviewing a social media post or coordinating an event - Clear communicator and team player — you enjoy collaborating across different functions and with external partners - Bonus points if you're familiar with HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn Ads What You’ll Gain - Hands-on experience and exposure to the world of SaaS B2B marketing - A unique combination of resources of a large company and nimbleness of a startup.
