About The Team The Human Resource Operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Lead the team to provide end-to-end operational support for cross-border talent mobility within the EMEA region; 2. Work closely with upstream and downstream partners to streamline workflows, providing employees in cross-border processes with a compliant, efficient and positive experience; 3. Effectively manage third-party vendors’ service levels; 4. Continuously enhance operational quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 1. 5 years relevant working experience; 2. Bachelor’s degree or above; 3. Proficient and excellent communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications 1. Good professional ethics; strong planning, organization, coordination and communication skills, as well as good team spirit; 2. Excellent logic, detail oriented, self-motivated, strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility, able to work under pressure; 3. Team management experience.
