Responsibilities
About the Team: The Latin America Financial Services team is focused on delivering convenient, intuitive, and accessible financial solutions to users in Brazil, Mexico, and beyond. From BNPL and personal lending to merchant-focused financial tools, we’re building the infrastructure to power e-commerce growth across the region. Responsibilities: 1. Product Lifecycle Management -Lead the planning and design of credit products such as BNPL, personal credit, and merchant finance, covering both C-side (BNPL, credit loans, revolving loans) and B-side (merchant loans, early collection) scenarios, and formulate product roadmaps. -Latin America Market Special Project: Design localization credit products (such as Brazilian Pix installment payment) for Brazil or Mexico, adapting to local payment habits and user preferences. -Design the core processes of registration - credit - credit utilization - repayment, as well as the interaction logic with partners, to ensure compliance with user experience and business objectives. -Optimize the product architecture to meet local standards by integrating local license rules and regulatory requirements. 2. Requirements Analysis and Cross-Team Promotion -Identify user pain points, combine with competing product analysis to output solutions, and write PRD documents with prototype diagrams. -Coordinate with the technology, risk control, and operations teams to drive the project live and ensure timely delivery of the business. -Connect with LaaS, suppliers, banks, and local fintech companies, design cooperation models, and optimize capital costs. -Collaborate with local teams to complete the development of KYC/AML processes. 3. Data Drive and Risk Control -Track core indicators such as traffic, full-process conversion rate, credit approval rate, and overdue rate, optimize product strategies through A/B testing, and expand business scale. -Develop cooperation plans with e-commerce platforms, holiday marketing plans, and other coordinated operations to enhance conversion. -Collaborate with the risk control team to implement KYC and risk policies, balancing business growth and risk. -Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements in Latin America (Brazil's LGPD, Mexico's Data Protection Law), and promote the completion of local qualification filings.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications -Bachelor's degree or above, majors in fintech, computer science, etc. preferred. -More than 5 years of experience in credit products within internet finance, having led full cycles of consumer loans or merchant finance; cross-functional experience in operations, risk, and strategy preferred. -Business Understanding: Proficient in the entire credit process and risk control logic, capable of designing cooperation mechanisms for the capital side. -Tools and Analysis: Proficient in using Axure/Sketch, and skilled in using SQL/Python to analyze user behavior and business data. Preferred Qualifications -Regional Experience: Over 1 year of experience in credit products in Brazil/Mexico, having led the local implementation of BNPL or e-commerce installment products; -Experience in LaaS cooperation is preferred.
