We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on offline activations, events, and account-based marketing (ABM). In this role, you will help design and execute marketing programs that build meaningful connections with key accounts and partners through high-impact events, experiential marketing, and tailored engagement initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in sales, partnerships, and product marketing to deliver experiences that strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and generate qualified leads within target accounts. - Plan, coordinate, and execute a range of offline marketing activities, focusing on cross-regional/global trade shows, conferences, executive roundtables, client appreciation events, and roadshows. - Develop end-to-end event marketing strategies — from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-up and ROI measurement. - Manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver on-brand event materials, signage, and collateral. - Identify and evaluate sponsorship and partnership opportunities aligned with marketing goals. - Maintaining account intelligence and reporting on event and campaign effectiveness. - Contribute to the creation of references and post-event reports for internal and external use. - Support the design and execution of ABM campaigns targeted at high-value accounts and verticals. - Partner with sales teams to identify target accounts, develop personalized engagement strategies, and nurture relationships through tailored experiences. - Coordinate multi-channel campaigns integrating events, direct mail, and personalized content to drive engagement and conversion. - Monitor campaign performance and generate insights to optimize future programs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Final year or recent graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field - Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - confident working with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors. - Ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo). - Analytical mindset with the ability to assess event ROI and campaign impact.
