Liquidity Analyst/Manager (Digital Currency) - Global Payment

Responsibilities
About The Team The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Responsibilities: - Lead initiatives on treasury digitalization, including token-based settlements, smart contract-based payment rails, and application of stable coins in the payment treasury scope. - Design and maintain a comprehensive account structure, strategy, and management process of risk control and authorization in digital currency accounts and wallets. - Develop liquidity management framework between fiat currency and digital currency among wallets, exchanges, and custodians to ensure timely settlement. - Coordinate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure regulatory alignment of holding and using digital currencies in various regions and countries. - Collaborate with product, compliance, and engineering teams to improve treasury infrastructure scalability. - Responsible for the relevant account management system for both digital currencies account and normal bank accounts to ensure accurate and complete data interface across internal platforms; - Manage authorization of digital and normal bank/channel accounts to internal teams.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: - 3+ years of working experience in fintech and financial institutions in account management or relevant positions, with a Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economics and Accounting areas; - Knowledge of blockchain technology in digital currency, custody models, and digital asset market operations, esp. stable coins. - Familiar with the fund settlement and clearing system in major countries and knowledge of relevant central banks' clearing rules and regulatory requirements; Preferred qualifications: - Proven experience in projects of turning innovative ideas into business results in digital payment landscape. - Quick learner and strong analysis skills; - Self-driven and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
