As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 4 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the team to develop high-quality documentation and training materials for onboarding new customers. - Be the go-to person for answering basic customer questions and providing clear, helpful support. - Lead standard training sessions for small and medium-sized enterprises, helping them maximize the value of our solutions. - Manage batch operations for customers in every phase of their journey, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with a focus on Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Fluent in English - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain concepts and solutions. - Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage documentation and client interactions effectively. - A team player with a customer-first mindset, eager to learn and contribute to customer success initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with SaaS platforms and customer-facing roles is a plus. - A valuable asset for engaging with a diverse customer base.
