About the team The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Responsibilities: - Based on the business strategic objectives, be responsible for the risk budget management from a holistic perspective, driving the achievement of business objectives; collaborate with strategic colleagues to conduct market research, cooperate with finance colleagues to prepare quarterly budgets, and support strategy colleagues in better formulating strategies and optimization objectives for models. - Build a risk cost/benefit measurement model, set risk metric targets for different Business, and understand the planning and monitoring priorities of risk management at different stages; collaborate with DA and DE to build various dashboards, and collaborate with PMO to organize monthly and quarterly reports and monitoring; drive the business focus and priorities of functions such as risk strategy, model, operations, and collection. - Based on data monitoring, evaluate the effectiveness of different risk tasks, identify problems, continuously optimize resource allocation strategies, conduct analysis on risk decisions, enable risk business analysis, growth measurement, and business solutions, align the priority of goals at each stage, and provide risk business analysis reports to managers. - Develop asset quality assessment model with the post-loan team, and collaborate with the finance team and business team to conduct asset value assessment and safeguard settlement risks.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Strong logical thinking, rigorous mindset, with high data sensitivity and business sensitivity, passionate about risk management work, willing to learn or familiar with databases and Data Analysis tools, proficient in using SQL, Excel, Python, etc. - Have practical experience in business planning management and budget management, and understand the logic of financial credit. - Strong communication and initiative, able to independently drive collaboration among business partners. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of work experience in Data Analysis / Risk Strategy, 2+ years of experience in e-commerce / payment / financial business management, and a excellent understanding of credit logic.
