Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including parenting, food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. Responsibilities： 1. Manage the daily operation of creation tools, resources, and content management; develop strategies to improve submission rates and user satisfaction. 2. Play a creative role in campaign designing for vertical content categories and work with cross functions to push forward for execution. 3. Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the product's overall marketing and branding goals. Monitor social media conversations, stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends. 4. Track, analyze, and optimize the performance of community development efforts including but not limited to community size, active rate, content quality, product adoption, content views, and audience growth. 5. Support UG, to review ads content to ensure it meets quality, relevance, and compliance standards. 6. Independently responsible for a medium-sized group of content creators/partners, developing strategies for growing and collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams to highlight creators and support their initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from any major - At least 2 years of experience in a Content Creation or Editorial similar role - Deep understanding of the media landscape; passion and knowledge of pop culture and trends, and passion for social media trends - Able to establish contact, build up trust with creators, and provide complete support on platform training, creator engagement activities - Strong planning skills and learning ability, data-driven mindset with basic data analytical skills - Excellent communication skills with strong fluency in English (both spoken & written) Preferred Qualifications: - An accountable team player - Strong interests in Online Application, familiar with Social media - Understanding user content insights is a plus - Fast learner, open-minded with a can-do attitude
